Posible error con nombres idénticos pero cambios en mayúsculas y minúsculas

Actualmente la clave primaria es el nombre de usuario. Por tanto, si se cambia (aunque sea mayúsculas a minúsuculas), actua como si fuera un nuevo usuario.
